Noah founded Arctec in Toronto in 2025 to give local businesses access to the kind of web and AI work usually reserved for companies with enterprise budgets.
Today Arctec is an AI and web studio: websites, SEO and GEO, AI receptionists, CRMs and custom AI tools, built by one team that stays with clients after launch.
The goal hasn’t changed. Do excellent work, quote it honestly, and make sure every client knows exactly who to call.
