If you separately use Arctec AI Portal or another client system, additional notices, product terms, or client agreements may also apply.

Information You Provide Directly

  • Inquiry details: First name, last name, email address, company or brand name, selected service interest, selected budget range, and the project message you submit through the contact flow.
  • Booking information: Details you submit through Calendly or a similar scheduling provider, including booking time, meeting details, and answers to scheduling questions.
  • Direct communications: Any information you choose to include when you email us or otherwise contact us through the site.
  • Client materials: If you become a client, we may also receive briefs, approvals, media files, account contacts, and related business information under separate service arrangements.

Information We Collect Automatically

  • Technical request data: IP address, browser and device information, user agent, page URL, referring URL, timestamps, and similar request metadata associated with site visits or API submissions.
  • Website analytics: Page views, session activity, engagement information, and related site-performance data collected through Google Analytics 4.
  • Marketing attribution data: UTM parameters, campaign values, landing URL, referrer information, first-touch and last-touch data, and click IDs such as gclid, fbclid, ttclid, and li_fat_id.

  • Client-authorized platforms: If you hire us to manage campaigns or accounts, we may receive analytics, engagement, or advertising data from platforms you authorize us to use on your behalf.

3. How We Use Personal Information

  • To respond to inquiries, assess fit, prepare quotes, and communicate about possible work.
  • To schedule and manage meetings booked through Calendly.
  • To store lead and booking records, send internal notification emails, and operate authorized CRM or workflow integrations.
  • To measure traffic sources, campaign performance, and lead attribution across our site and owned-domain handoffs.

5. Cross-Border Processing

6. Sensitive Information and What Not to Send

Please do not submit payment card numbers, government IDs, account passwords, medical information, or other highly sensitive or confidential information through the public contact form or Calendly notes unless we specifically request it through a secure channel.

7. Retention

We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including to respond to inquiries, manage client relationships, keep business records, enforce agreements, and comply with legal requirements.

  • Lead and booking records: Retained as reasonably needed for follow-up, business operations, analytics, recordkeeping, and private integrations unless deletion is required by law or applicable rights request.
  • Project files and client materials: Usually retained during the engagement and for a reasonable period afterward unless a contract states otherwise.
  • Browser-side attribution storage: Current first-party attribution data is designed to persist in local storage for up to 90 days, while session storage lasts until the browsing session ends unless you clear it sooner.

8. Security

We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect personal information, including HTTPS/TLS, access limits, authenticated private integrations, and restricted operational access. No system can be guaranteed perfectly secure, so you should also use caution when submitting information online.
